Set how the bot responds to users in the server! Options are "public" and "private"!

‼️ Keep in mind: Failed command attempts/general errors will always respond privately to reduce spam, clutter and embarrassment 🤡

• public: Bot will respond by replying to users messages.

• private: Bot will respond to users just like Clyde!
