Set or remove user ban logging in the server

• User must have Administrator permission

• Bot must be able to Send Messages to the channel

channel - (Optional) Choose a channel where Security will log user bans. If no channel is defined, the logs will be set to the channel where the command was executed. remove - (Optional) Removes the channel from our database and will no longer log user bans.
